Thrust module

Each engine can be configured with as many modules as necessary to deliver the required power, with no limit on the number or capacity of each conical cavity cylinder.

First savings system

Conical segment assemblies

The hydraulic fluid contained within the gaps on the right-hand side of the image never leaves the enclosure after each drive cycle.

Further down in blue, a representation of the primary and secondary savings volumes that occur in each cycle.

Primary savings

In green, the hydraulic fluid that always occupies the interstitial spaces between the conical segments and never leaves the enclosure.

In the example model shown here, these liquid rings save 0.41 L out of 2.09, which is 19.62% less that does not need to be refilled each cycle.

Secondary savings

When the conical piston rings are deployed, they surround the virtual piston (in green), whose volume in this model shown here is 1.12 litres, which also does not need to be refilled.

Both savings add up to 1.53 litres, which is subtracted from the 2.09 litres of the total conical cavity capacity, resulting in a liquid usage of only 0.56 litres per revolution.

Compared to what a standard hydraulic cylinder would require: 6.26 litres, the difference is overwhelming: 9.16 times less.

Solid piston extension

In red, the solid piston and below it in green the virtual piston or liquid extension of the piston shown in the picture above.

It is clear that the free space available for the hydraulic fluid, from which the 0.41 litres above must also be subtracted, shows the actual volume of hydraulic fluid required per cycle or revolution per module.

Multiplier

If this system is intended for power generation, it is necessary to increase the RPM in order to adapt it appropriately to the alternator.

Self-designed crankshaft

For convenience, we have designed our own crankshaft to make the system robust and easy to assemble. All friction parts are bearing mounted and can be configured in any power range.

Various parts

Since this engine has to operate at high pressures, its component parts are of robust construction.
